But just as financiers worldwide have paid close attention to Washington D.C.-based Riggs Bank's legal dispute over the accounts of former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, they will also be keeping a careful eye on the proceedings of the Israeli bank as well.

Note: before it was bought out by the Moonies, UPI was owned for a while by the Saudis. Some of the senior editors stayed on. That doesn't mean everything UPI prints is a lie (some of it's international coverage is quite good, actually), just Semper Caveat Emptor.
