I was at a protest during the Raygun years where a flag was burnt and it actually was a repulsive sight plus causing a brawl among the protesters themselves.

Hehe, I was shocked as hell my liberal buddy thought the amendment should pass.

It turned into a funny convo - I'm like, do you know how many get burned a year?... LOTS! haha I answered. He's like no way there is more then that. I start laughing my ass off - oh yea a big old underground full of flag burners!

Needless to say it dawned on him what a crock it was - but the bottom line is he does not like the symbol of america being desecrated.
