Repairing "blue state" flood damage in an election year..

Could be interesting

You just know that all those old bridges and highways have been seriously undermined, as well as a lot of those old historic buildings.

There is always a lot of building near "small" rivers and stream, without much forethought of what will happen if and when they rise..

I can already see the republicans running in those areas, stampeding to microphones to announce all the things they are "gonna do", and yet accepting none of the blame for the unpreparedness..

On the other hand, will the admin just blow them off like they did NOLA?

2. .....let's guess....blue states can fuck off, red states are taken for
granted and so they can fuck off too. swing states? hum....i bet penn. will get a rash of checks just like florida did before the 2000 election

(at least i think it was the 2000 where they had a hurricane and EVERYONE got money--those republicans couldn't hand out money fast enough, including to people who DIDN'T need it or people who shouldn't have gotten any because they weren't effected by the storm.)
