It is a printed image of one. The flag has to be a certain ratio width to length and must be applique (stripes sewn one to another and to the field of blue and each star sewn in the field). So that little trinket is not the flag.

Now in the spirit of things BabyBee is desecrating the flag. He is showing his usual disrespect for the nation in this callous act.

But if it became law he would just do one of his signing statements that he did not have to follow that law.

6. So if it's just a "trinket" and not a US flag, that means we ALL can

burn it even if they pass that amendment. Works for me.......I once burned a supposed US flag just like it in protest of the LAST time they tried that anti-flag-burning crap in the 80s. Nice to know that I did not, actually, burn a US flag but only a facsimile of one, lol.

I plan to, if they pass the amendment some day, spend a lot of time burning Confederate flags, and "US flags" missing a single star. Nobody will be able to say a thing.
