Heard that same word used by at least ten different pundits. It must have focus-tested well.

It's just sick when it makes it into the MSM as part of their reporting... How stupid is the average Joe to buy all this crap?? No answer needed...

a declared war (which this is not), unlimited power? Power to invade our privacy by ignoring the Constitution? Power to endanger our soldiers and sully our country's reputation by flaunting the Geneva Convention?

on edit: Our country is less safe. The world is less safe. But look, * and his friends got themselves stinkin' drunk on power, and who cares if we (and our children and their children) are the ones who'll be picking up the tab?

5. Absolutely!
Why shouldn't his powers be "limited" under the circumstances. Democrats should make a statement on this ruling. They should say that the President must abide by the ruling of the Supreme Court. We will accept nothing less. Period.
