So Berkeley is going to put the impeachment question on the November ballot. it begs the question.
Why not do it at the state level? It has not value in law, only Congress can impeach. So why not try it somewhere like Georgia where there is no senate election and all the reps will be safely sent back to Congress.
I would steer clear of places like Missouri where the Senate election is going to be very close.
It would be fun to do it in Florida where Bill Nelson seesm to be locking things down. Just to thumb or nose at Dubya and his brother.
