The blivet would never nominate him unless forced to. Big Dog as UN Ambassador would so UPSTAGE the blivet and other nations would be going to Clinton for every little thing. It would undermine the blivet and you know it will not stand for that.

23. What would be the advantage, for Clinton, to defend the Bush administration
foreign policy and to be basically under the orders of Condoleeza Rice? I understand the idea he could have been interested by becoming the UN General Secretary, but US Ambassador to the UN, I am not sure I understand why he would do that?
