U.S. sued over environmental reporting

coalition of U.S. environmental groups has sued the Bush administration for refusing to produce an overdue, federally mandated national climate-change report.
The Tucson-based Center for Biological Diversity, along with environmental groups Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth, accuse the White House of ignoring a 1990 law requiring the government to produce a national assessment on global warming every four years.
The last report was published in October 2000.
The U.S. Climate Change Science Program, the government organization that handles climate-change research, is instead putting together a series of 21 reports it says satisfies the spirit of the 1990 law, The Arizona Republic reports.

EPA has been snoozing and is gonna lose

and that they are arguing that to SCOTUS. Its like the military arguing that they don't have the right to use force to SCOTUS. Absurd. I hope the EPA loses, its a train wreck.
