wrong on Iraq & actually most everything else they have done. First of all you just don't start a war because you want to or think you have found an opportunity to do so. Looking back everyone can see where Bush threw away the entire world's compassion and anger at what happened to us on 9/11. They were all there to assist and be there for us on this but the arrogance, stubbornness, incompetence and lack of intelligence threw all of that away. They were all ready to help fight the real war on terror but that was all lost when we turned away and towards Iraq for a war only Bush and the neocons wanted.

1) They sent our troops into a non-winnable situation and without the proper tools to fight the war along with not enough troops to do the job.

2) Their lack of understanding of the culture or lack of any knowledge of the history of the country they wanted to invade has caused more misery and devastation than you could have ever imagined would happen to them and us.

3) The misery thrown on the Iraq people has or is becoming much worse than what they had to endure before we ended up in their country.

4) The lies or misinformation to the American people are out there for all to see and they know that we know.

5) The neocons are now starting to rant at the Iraq people for something that has gone terribly wrong at no fault of the Iraq people but because of the media and right wing pundits that pushed this war along with Bush.

6) The devastation that has occurred to our military will take some time to repair. The devastation to our economy will take some time to repair and most of all the devastation to the American families that have lost a loved one will never be able to be mended with the families that have lost either their husband, mother, father or brother because someone wanted to go to war.

This is unbelievably sad when you know it was something that never had to be.

2. let's face it, we even lied about having a coalition
Fifty people from Italy, 11 people from Poland, a thousand commonwealth soldiers.

Sorry - that's not a coalition. That's a delusion. Don't forget Poland!

Our government has lied every step of the way, and we're still stepping down Incompetent Avenue at a brisk pace.

6. And those countries had to be bribed before they joined.
Those who refused had good reason. Some saw the war as illegal, others had to listen to their voters. When 80 to 90% of your citizens are against going to war, it would be political suicide to go.

3. The devastation........
....to our national debt has made the USA LESS SECURE!

Oh, but I could go on and on.........I guess the real lesson here is: AMERICA: Don't elect a sociopathic, ignorant, self-absorbed, cretinous lifetime failure as President! Or don't allow your Supreme Court to appoint such a failure to be President.

We all allowed this to happen.....as much as I'm gonna get flamed for saying it. Only right thing to have done is put our lives on the line and overthrow our government. I couldn't figure out how to do that and simultaneously keep my nice job and house and cable TV and basic freedom and life itself.
