that neither the three men she accused nor any other member of the lacross team raped her.

That aside, it doesn't insinuate that pregnancy doesn't mean that someone couldn't have been raped.

51. It's potentially exculpatory.
The DA withheld that information. It's not up to him to decide what is and what isn't exculpatory. It's up to a jury, should it go that far.

There's no case here. This is but one piece of information that shows this was a sham from the start.

DNA testing in the Duke lacrosse rape case found genetic material from several males in the accuser's body and her underwear but none from any team member, defense attorneys said in court papers Wednesday.

The fact that their tests did not find anyone's dna isn't conclusive. A baby with that dna is.

Not saying that I think it will be that way, just sayin.

it was pretty clear at that time that the accused were not involved in the alleged crime, if one even did occur. And the prosecutor had behaved unethically.
