Peace Prayer
I see the faces of the children who are victims of war ... For them I pray for peace.
I see the faces of the fathers who have lost their children to war ... For them I pray for peace.
I see the faces of the mothers who have lost their families to war... For them I pray for peace.

For all people, in the world, I pray for peace

And I will continue to pray for peace as long as there are people on this earth who need it.

I pray for strength so that I can continue to call upon my government's representatives so that they may seek peace first through diplomacy instead of destruction through war.

I pray for my neighbors to see the wrong that war brings and that they may join me in telling our government to stop war.

Please, during this holiday season, and beyond, I ask that you pray, meditate or think positive thoughts for peace.
