and found what I was looking for.

4. My daughter left for England yesterday and she was allowed...
to take a small mouthwash, small perfume and a few other things. She was allowed one plastic bag to put the items in. This was her carry on bag.

6. I just flew on Southwest yesterday...here is what they were announcing in
the airport.

Any container holding liquids must not be larger than 3 ounces.

All containers holding liquids must be placed in a clear plastic bag (provided by TSA).

You are allowed one bag per traveller.

7. to clarify
"One bag" means one clear plastic bag.

You're still allowed the usual one carry-on and one personal item in addition to that.
