but I have told my friends and family that I believe Gore will announce and will win both the nomination and the election. They seem to believe me since I have been right about every other political forecast in the past few years. Including Gore winning in 2000. :)

9. I'm betting on an

Edwards/Obama ticket....I was right about Kerry/Edwards before Iowa. If I'm wrong and you are right, Gore is my second choice.

13. I met Edwards twice during the last election.

Also met Obama after the election. Also met Vilsack. I was most impressed by John Lewis. Wow, if Lewis would run, I think he would be a shoo-in.

Elizabeth Edwards is also terrific. She beats her husband hands down.

16. I am lucky. The chairperson of our local party has been doing it

for ages, and she knows EVERYBODY. And she invites and encourages me and everyone else in our small local group to attend everything going on, and once I'm there, she drags me by the arm and introduces me to these huge stars in the party. One year she dragged me over to meet Bob Graham and the next day there I was standing next to him on the front page of the Miami Herald. :)

So moral of the story...get active. These are all nice people who love to get new people involved.

can get us out of the illegal mess Asshat got us into. Clark/Edwards might be good. Edwards would add the bleeding heart liberalism.
