6. Let's see what the article says first..
They may praise the progressive online community for swinging the pendulum.

8. I think that's kind of a lame choice.
Did they mention the internets in association with the grassroots political style?

Maybe then I would say that it's a good choice.

Otherwise, I think it proves we are just lazy people who get cheap thrills off what people post on the net.

7. Peee---You!
That stinks big ones.

What a freakin' cop-out!

That pretty much nails it... Corporate Media has become hound-dog lazy. This is SO symbolic of their recent history and current status.

Yuk it up chumps! :puke:

10. a joke, surely....
the pigmedia is so goddam awful it has become satire, while playacting it's real...it exploits the perceptions of those trusting souls while 'darkening the eyes' of everyone else- controversy is good, no matter how ridiculous re anus coulter, or bellow reilly, or mr limbah (humbug)....
and NOT ONE of 300 million smericans will take a club to timemag's hq and do what's needed, not even one (:()

11. Does it include internet porn junkies?
They should have some guy whacking off on the cover.
Congratulations, Dude! You da Man of the Year!

The sweating spineless Time guy explaining it on CNN was so weak
he was almost melting.

15. Seems they wanted to pick Ahmadinejad, but then
thought that might not sell, so they wussed out and decided not to pick anything.

16. And the rich and power best fear us. We are out of their
control. Look at what happened to the Republicans this year. They fucked with us and we took them out. The Dems know they better do as we wish or they will earn the same fate.

Fear us.

17. IMO, Ahmadinejad was at least as newsworthy as Bono and Bill Gates
Edited on Sat Dec-16-06 11:14 PM by Hippo_Tron
It'll be interesting to see if Nancy Pelosi gets it next year. Newt Gingrich got it in 1995 but not in 1994.
