Morris "leaving the country" if Clinton-Obama ticket wins

On the December 18 edition of Fox News' Hannity & Colmes, guest host Karen Hanretty asked Fox News political analyst Dick Morris if he was "proposing a ticket of Hillary Clinton , Barack Obama ," for the Democratic presidential nomination, to which Morris replied: "I'm not proposing it. I'm leaving the country if this happens." Morris added, "I do not want Hillary Clinton controlling the FBI and the IRS and the CIA and the DEA." When co-host Alan Colmes later asked Morris if he was "really going to leave" should Clinton win, Morris said, "I hope not to have to make that choice." Morris' comments first appeared on NewsMax.com and later were noted by Salon.com and other media outlets.

All I can say is good riddance if he leaves. This country would be a better place if that toe-sucking hack just packed up and left the country.

1. this is the exact same kind of crap
we saw from celebrities during the 2004 election..."If Bush, wins I am outta here."

Why do people say shit like that knowing full well it won't happen? I just don't get it...

2. And McCain was going to commit suicide if the Dems took Congress
How come I still see him breathing?

People say some stupid crap - at least those "leaving the country" aren't making fun of mental illness like McCain.

6. I think we all should send him letters demanding he keep his campaign promise
But the Democratic controlled Congress has not been sworn it YET! And maybe he is holding out for a miracle to change all that before they do.

3. How about a Edwards/ Obama ticket?
They both seem to care about people world wide at that.

5. Let's not fall for that "please don't through me in that burier patch"
They are starting early to select for us the next candidate for president. They want it to be some one that they can win against, or should they louse, some one they can work with.
What they most fear is a populist like Gore or Edwards or Dean, that is not closely allied with the power structure.
