Is Cheney back in charge this week?

It seemed that Cheney's influence was waning over the past month, what with the Poppy contingent grabbing all the headlines, and his best friend Rummy being given the boot. Cheney skulked around with his ears pinned back and his tail between his legs.

However, over the past week, the rhetoric that has been spewing from the chimp's mouth is pure Cheney. Just days after he sucked up to Uncle Jimmy, now chimpy can't even bear to say his name.

Send more troops!!! Bombs away!!! Cheney's paws are all over this. Has he weasled his way back into the Oval Office again?
