On this longest night of the darkest day

in our hemisphere, as the source of our warmth is most southerly, and on the very threshold of the soon to be again waxing light. . .

Scrolled below is an Uplifting Peace Prayer posted in honor of the Solstice which follows this semi "rant-ish" preamble. . .

I'd been deeply compelled to write a peace prayer for the Solstice but the energy just didn't flow. So I happened upon these words this morning, allegedly channelled directly from the spirit of "the Naz" ( a dear old friend's affectionate term for Yeshua ben Joseph. . .aka none other than Jesus Christ .)

Though it may sound far fetched please be mindful of the fact that our fearful leader has said he talks to g-d and that g-d told him to bomb the crap out of two countries. Hmmmmm. . .okay?

Therefore how implausible is it that a spiritualist could receive a message of peace directly from the spirit of the Christos.? As many more could more than likely do if they ever only believed it to be so and actually tried.

In reading this, it harkened back to what he may have said and it rings true to me far more than the war mongering words of any of our so called "Christian" leaders. If you don't think this is powerful or if you don't find this to be uplifting then that's just fine.

You can continue to listen to the war profiteers masquerading as Christians espousing the oft three times poorly translated words of those who weren't even Christ's contemporaries in a 2000 year old book which served in part, as propaganda for the not so holy Crusaders and inhumane Inquisitors.

Or you can carry on arguing incessantly about Trump & Rosie, smoking, breast feeding in public, Obama & Hilary, exit polls & EVM's, the Olive Garden, and Nickelback. tra la la

Or you can even use your nether regions to involve yourself in this sort of curious though more than likely energetically powerful effort for peace.

Or you can use your hearts and minds and recite this prayer before, during, or in the afterglow of the activity linked to above. Or you can walk and chew bubble gum or even go fly a kite. It's still is a free country or so it's said to be.

Peace in our time despite all odds and all appearances to the contrary.
