Faces of the Fallen

I suspect this has been posted at some time in the past, but it is worth looking at and reflecting upon. I wish that everyone in America would look at these fallen and maybe then they would realize just how much we have lost.

8. I went through this sad display, page by page.

So many of these dear lost are the same age, or younger than my eldest. Their pictures are those that were taken for their High School graduations. There is so much of life that they've been cheated of. There is so much potential lost. There is so much pain in their leaving for their families and those that loved them.

Tears stream down my cheeks for these souls.
