I had never noticed it before. Hell, my hands look worse than that but then I work with mine. I would imagine since his big NO speech he has had to have a dresser to button for him. He also has problems with his zipper, would NOT want that job.

Yes, he just looks like a looser goober, it fits him better than anything else.
