7. bad karma
Call me superstitious but I just can't wish somebody dead. I get this awful feeling when I even come close to it. Wishing somebody dead is a waste of time, at least. At worst, it is bound to make one feel guilty if it really happened. Having said that, I probably would put a bullet in Hitler's head if I had had the opportunity, but that is knowing what I know now about what he did...

19. The way these things usually work
is that Carrot Top will still be here when it's just him and the cockroaches.

BTW does the term "mang" mean you like the Ween?

3. Prolly Saddam Hussein. The morning paper said it would be
happening any time now, but not announced in advance.

6. Frank Stanton
the ex-longtime President of CBS and the man credited with turning it, at one time, into the Tiffany Network also passed. May not be huge to Joe Public, but in broadcasting it's an earthquake. The man gave the go-ahead for Lucille Ball in "I Love Lucy"!

10. Peter Boyle and Mike Evans both died recently.
Mike played Lionel on The Jeffersons and All In The Family. I also remember a TV movie he did "The Voyage of the Yes" with Desi Arnez Jr.

13. Bob Barker.
I was getting my hair cut yesterday and we started talking about "who is next?" I said Bob Barker. When I got back in my car and put on the radio, there was some story on NPR (I believe) and they were talking about Bob Barker and animals.
There, I said it. I feel badly and I really like and admire him, but my vote is for Bob Barker.

14. A Dead Pool?
A little low taste...but then again, no money is in the pot, so I'll partake in this morbid little game: Jack Lalanne.

He can't live forever, no matter how genetically set up for it he may be...

But he is a heartless POS, so he'll probably live to 93, too.

20. Mr. Burns?
Or Side Show Bob?

Can't bring myself to speculate on human mortality - but can think of some entertaining guesses when one goes to the land of cartoons. Atom ant gets anviled by Wiley E Coyote?

23. No
it doesn't come in threes.

People just count until they hit 3, then say "See?! THREE!"

You can scout around and find somebody who fits the criteria of "famous" until you hit 3.
