I turned on the tv for a second in the kitchen and CNN was on. They were showing Sadaam with a noose being put on his neck. I couldn't change it fast enough. It just isn't safe to turn on the news!

I usually use it to refer to the likes of Hannity, Limpballs, Brit Hume and the entire D.C. press corps (sans Helen Thomas). Can't recall if I've ever specifically referred to a female pundit that way, but if I did I wouldn't feel that I was making derogatory comment about her gender.
