Does Bush WANT to destroy the world?

Judging by his unbelievably harmful and chaos-creating actions, the only conclusions I can come to are that he actually thinks he's doing the right thing, he's doing it all for political and personal gain and doesn't care who lives or dies, or that he is actively trying to cause the end of the world. Which of those things do you think it is, and if it's the latter, why? Does he want to hasten the 2nd coming? Is he just a malicious bastard who wants to kill every living thing on the planet? What do you think?
