That's the second post on a freerepublic thread titled:
Tape: Bush, Chertoff Warned Before Katrina

The poster who asked such a despicable question is asked why shortly after.
The response is:

It kept the crime down.

How long has freerepublic kept such a RACIST PIG around thier website you might wonder?

A person who would applaud the flooding of NO must be a newbie on any forum, you might think. A little more time and surely they will be kicked for thier hateful racist attitudes.
