The Al-Qaida threat has been overblown
why would USDA Choice Number One Asshole -> Bush - give the okay for his buddies in the UAE to own the ports on the East Coast?

He MUST know that the Al-Qaida threat to America is limited.

Why hasn't the case of the use of a WMD on Americans (Anthrax) been solved yet?? Maybe because it was an inside job like 9/11??

1. When they say 9/11 changed everything they mean it enabled the
bu$h regime to use it as a device to allow them to pursue the agenda that they would otherwise have no justification for.
Al-Qaida simply became the new Russia as the War or Terra replaced the Cold War.
The republicans have for a long time wanted to build up the military and needed an enemy to sell the idea completely to the sheep. Yes 9/11 changed everything allowing them to achieve at least in part their goal.

2. They happened to be handy and easy
to "Demonize" after 911. Bush expanded their existence and importance to create a "Them and Us" fog, over the freedom Americans think they have. The same way the Administration created Zarqawi, who was a "nobody" before they said his name, over and over, and installed him as the #2 man. But what can we say? It works. Bush has been able to use these "Boogie Men" he made from a few rag tag disenchanted rebels, to strike fear in the hearts of the average working guy, and made them think he is the one who keeps them from invading our country. Blessed be the blind.

3. the more I hear,
The more I believe 9/11 was an inside job.

I saw someone on the news a few days ago, I think it was Howard Fineman or Dana Milbank.....anyway, this person said it's ironic that after all of this talk about fear and terror, it's finally working against them.
