I Honestly Don't Like Asking this Question...
...but it just occurred to me -- How would Bush have reacted if his mother Barbara was living in the 9th Ward, as Katrina was threatening?

Do you think things would have been handled differently?

mentally ill. His lack of response was due to being oblivious, not because of his obvious lack of moral fiber.
