It's Feingold-A-Palooza on the Span2 this week!
I have really enjoyed watching him speak so much today.

He is discussing the Patriot Act right now (2:17 p.m.)

He read from Children's Social Studies books today re: Separation of Powers today.

Yesterday he read the Constitution.

I just can't get enough of Russ!

3. No - he is just allowed to have the floor on the Patriot Act
issues and is using his time wisely and effectively.

And I just love to hear him speak.

4. No, last speech before the final vote.
Vote planned around 3pm. Dont expect a lot of NO. There were 15 NO on cloture and some have said they would vote for the bill and were only voting against cloture to protest the fact that the Democrats amendments were not allowed to go to the floor.
