New TV show: The Unit
Much as I like Dennis Haysbert (Now and Again), this show's trailers remind me a great deal of that (fortunately) long gone and short lived series, Threat Matrix. Both seem to make this administrations policies look heroic, and The Unit also seems to add a level of chauvinism which is making me want to puke. Does anyone know anything more about the show? It looks like something that Chuck Norris would have personally given thumbs up to, and looks disgustingly pro-Bush.

1. I get the same impression from the commercials
Do you remember what night it's supposed to be on? I thought I might check it out to see if my initial impression is accurate.

I had the exact same reactions to the ads for this show.

5. It's scary
I think, to see such a good actor get involved in a total jingoistic show. Jamie Denton did Threat Matrix, and I like him as well. Too bad that show was so awful.
