It's defined as SEXUAL ABUSE. If you think it's okay for kids to do that to each other, you must think it's then okay for the police to do it to protestors. And you're okay with torture.

I never did them to anyone, but when I was a kid my obnoxious friend would get ya once in a while. Very annoying. Never in a billion years woulda called it being sexually abused though. It was just kids doing what they do, though that can sometimes be annoying and socially unacceptable. I wouldn't inflict that pain on anyone even when I was a kid, but I also wouldn't come close to calling it sexual abuse in that context. And though purple nurples hurt a bit, lord knows there are far more cruel things than that kids to each other.

Such coarse language has no place among ladies and gentlemen of learning and culture. What would Mrs. Grundy say?

I don't know why people are so excited over that punishment. Geez community service and letter? that doesn't seem at all out of proportion to me. He got 4 days for failing to obey a court order not 'titty twisting'.

When it's two kids playing rough in the hallway, it's not sexual abuse. There's no sexual intent, and the perp is a little kid, fer chrissakes.

I think the kid would've gotten the message with a stern lecture, apology to the victim, and a week's detention.

Christ! big deal. The daily torture at my middle school growing up was that boys would punch other boys in the nuts as they walked by. Suck it up!!!
