I'm not usually one to care which Repub gets the nomination, but lets hope the Hammer gets nailed by one of his own

Oh, and if you're voting in TX-28, I urge you to please dump Cuellar :bounce:

2. we are in a fight in panhandle. seliger our st senator sold out
Edited on Mon Mar-06-06 11:29 AM by seabeyond
battle between pig dishonest corrupt repug and the integrity repug. our street had carlisle sign all the way up our street. yesterday afternoon walking up the street , all our signs were STOLEN> i am not mincing words, stolen.

the repug party in town is after my vote for carlisle, and they saw signs gone at my house. that gal came over this morning and i am going up the street not just replacing but doubling amounts of signs. it has become such a big deal sell out. seliger promised he wasnt going to get into this race. perry a week ago told seliger and all the repugs here they had better support swinford or they would have a tough time in austin. seliger sold out. he had respect here. now a group of the money people have turned on him. it is getting ugly. swinford had a good four ads abc primetime friday night, and since scattered all over.

the nifty all these repugs,.... i have been able to be so ugly about the dihonesty and corruption. not to mention going after perry, then carol going for independent in governor race and signing petition. this has become such a to do in this area. talking about this race, i am able to talk bush and the dishonesty. this woman has two sons working for bush, scotty and a lawyer in fda. i get to say how she is part of the ugly dishonest repug too.

i..... am..... having..... a blast and jsut lmao all the way thru. so off i go to put signs back up

3. the campaign helper told me carlisle was pro life..... and i exploded
Edited on Tue Mar-07-06 08:20 AM by seabeyond
i was asked last night to be a poll person. i said i would. i would do two shifts. i had spent the day putting her signs back on the street where they had been stolen. i talked to neighbors. i talked to one that is voting for swinford his friend. long conversation. and basically he is voting for this crook for self interests. anyway when i went to campaign head quarters to get stuff to poll i say, i will need the key tlaking points if anyone asks. she tells me it is the abortion issue and carlisle being on planned parenthood board. she isnt on the board, she is on an honorary board. carlisle is pro life

pro life

i have not had a person use that word on me in real life. i read it on the board, but not some 18, 20 year old girl saying it to me out loud. the most offensive word

i tell her how offensive. pro life. a manipulation of word and repugs know what they are doing using prolife. are you suggesting i am anti life. that is so offensive i am shaking. maybe you girls need to have all the rights taken from you, that we worked so hard for, so you can see the importance

i tell her,.... i care aout those innocent babies in iraq being murdered, kinda thinking that is pro life. i care about education and health care, pro life issues. how dare you

so i ask, what other issues, property tax? education? health care? do i need to know position on.

she tells me, no just the abortion issue. really the only one

hence my second explosion, all the mess in the word, and abortion is it. that is it. there is no other issue. you guys are just sick

so, telling her i would be nice out there i take off,... but.... dealing with these repugs the last three weeks and then hearing pro life..... i cant do it. didnt go out this morning. i am so disgusted, and will tell all the people that have told me we need bipartisan and i work with them in disgust.... and they tell me a democrat cannot run in this area. the hypocrisy

so.... this was my first and last step, working in the retarded republican world

4. I voted in the Mepublican primary - Had to.
I had to vote for Carter Casteel, a Republican who is being targeted by the fundamentalist wackos that want to replace public education with the voucher system.

I did go home afterward and wash my hands repeatedly.
