Cheney: "our nation is still at risk of attack"

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/politics/content/local_news/epaper/2006/03/06/0306cheney.html

Cheney stumps for Shaw in Boca

<snip>

Cheney praised U.S. troops and vowed to keep fighting terrorism but avoiding any mention of Medicare, a top issue in Shaw's aging district.

Cheney said "our nation is still at risk of attack," adding that congressional leaders who want to reduce troop numbers in Iraq and cut back on defense spending have a "dangerous" mind-set.

"Obviously, no one can guarantee that they won't strike in the future but our nation has been protected by more than just luck," Cheney said.

Same old BS....

9. ...till they pry the shotgun from his cold dead hands!
Edited on Mon Mar-06-06 03:46 PM by Plaid Adder
I just invented a new game.

To the end of every Cheney soundbite, tack on, "till they pry the shotgun from my cold dead hands!"

As in, "Our nation is still at risk of attack...till they pry the shotgun from my cold dead hands!"

Or, "Obviously no one can guarantee that they won't strike in the future...till they pry the shotgun from my cold dead hands!"

Try it, it's fun,

The Plaid Adder
