Senate Lobbying reform: Reid Amendment up now on CSPAN2
Roll call going on now

Reid's amendment 1) bans all gifts from lobbyists and 2) Requires Conference Committees hold open meetings and votes

Either the Cons are certain they'll win and keep control in November, or they're being extremely short sighted. :evilgrin:
