Lou Dobbs: The biggest Repub revolt of the Bush Presidency!
Uhm, Lou...what were the other ones? All I can think of is their rolling over and ass-kissing, but certainly no other "revolts," biggest or otherwise.

1. Excellent point. There hasn't been a revolt.
And I'm not convinced we will see one now either. Still, I like Lou.

3. Did he mention the Dems in revolt?
If not, then mission accomplished.
Republicans = strong on security. Dems = What Dems?

5. Yes he did. He said Dems are doing everything possible.
In the report Ed Henry talked about the parlimentary precedure Schumer used that will require 67 votes to stop debate, and it doesn't look like Frist has that many.

6. Dems Keep The Heat On
Edited on Wed Mar-08-06 06:14 PM by John Barrett
Lou says that Democrats are pushing this issue, and the Repubs can run from it but they can't hide.

For once the Democrats have a chance to change their perception as weak on security. Bush is quickly developing the image of being like a bull in china closet and stupid on security.

Now if the Democrats would listen to Lou Dobbs on illegal immigration and run with this issue as their own, as it should be, and oppose any of Bush's efforts on amnesty to help big business they could begin to remake the Party. It will be strong and smart on security, fair to American workers, and a Party that will rein in big business and support strong ethics in government.

9. Sounds like Lou gave the Dems some credit
Maybe he's the real deal? I'm still skeptical though.

10. Me too. It's going to take a lot for these corporate media airholes to
regain my trust, if ever.

7. He is one of the rare few I watch on CM these days.
At least, he relentlessly sticks with his advocacy for middle America. He is one TRUE conservative Republican I embrace with my entire being.

Imagine THAT!!!!
