Let me see if I get this right: It's OK to murder Iraqi children in their
beds by dropping 2,000-pound bombs on their houses, but GOD FORBID we "offend" an Arab country that STILL recognizes the Taliban?

Now I KNOW I've fallen down the rabbit hole.

2. And what does it say
about said Arab country not being offended by our dropping of those bombs on their fellow Arabs?

There is absolutely nothing about this Dubai deal that doesn't wreak of a huge ruse to grant Halliburton or the Carlyle Group another no bid wonder contract without any scrutiny or oversight whatsoever.

6. News articles this morning say "American" company will
take over, but they haven't said which "American" company will take over. For some reason, the delivery person brought me the (right-wing rag) Detroit News today instead of my Free Press. Apparently, carriers deliver both now.

7. Anything big enough to do it is NOT an 'American company'
Really big companies don't even recognize national states anymore. THEY are the power and just play along with the pretense that there are sovereign nations to keep the masses hypnotized.
