Luna, the killer whale was killed
Luna was a loner and couldn't be enticed to go back to his pod. He has been a real hit with people in Canada as he played with the boats.

But he ran into a propeller and was killed instantly. He had been around for about seven years. I guess it was a miracle that something hasn't happened to him before now.

Strange how our world has gotten so out of control that just little snippets of joy like this killer whale's antics over the years can bring us such comfort. And it is so awful when we find out they died.

I'm not very social. But that will be the action is, I'm sure. Westport is always the best place to be on St. Pat's Day.

We have the Snake Parade up here where I live. It is today. And it always has a huge turnout. And it is supposed to be 70 here - that is terrific.

It will be a really fun party with DUers from all over the area.

I have been to the Snake Saturday Parade. It's fun. It is huge too. Since they changed the KC parade, the one in NKC is probably going to be more fun.
