Condi said something about supporting Chilean democracy for
decades. Michelle Bachelet,Chiles new president, who suffered prison, torture and exile under Chile’s military dictatorship might not agree.

2. Condi the Hack
I am sorry but this woman is sent about the world by Bush to accomplish two things build a paper machete resume to bugle about in '08 and hand job Americans into thinking she's legit (W in drag is more like it). The latter is working as she has very high positive numbers and what that translates into is hopefully not much.

4. We've supported "democracy" in Latin America for a long time.
If we're not talking about military dictatorships from Chile to Nicaragua, we're talking about bribery and subverting the will of the people. Sure, we support democracy...but only if it benefits American big business interests. We love our capitalism and the materialism it brings us. We're hooked on the stuff like a crack addict.
