VIDEO-Why Republicans Want to change the Spy-On-Americans law

Makes ya think, doesn't it? How do I get friends in Congress, so that when I break the law, I can have them change the law and then say it applies to when I broke it. After all, I don't want people to perceive me as having broken the law.
