The Naked Truth as told by John Warner

Makes ya think, doesn't it? How do I get friends in Congress, so that when I break the law, I can have them change the law and then say it applies to when I broke it. After all, I don't want people to perceive me as having broken the law.

2. They don't even question if he is breaking the law, they simply
want to change the law so he does not appear to be breaking the law.
