5. Boom!
They're not armored underneath. A fairly small bomb will ignite fuel or main gun ammo. Since the blast panels are all gone, it was probably the ammo that went up. The panels are meant to release and vent a blast outwards instead of containing it and scrambling the crew. It looks like they ran over a buried bomb that lifted it up and repositioned it. It would take a big bomb to move 70 tons around.

3. Doesn't matter.... the right people with the right connections are
selling them to YOU. Therefore cost is of little concern.... hey did you see the Knicks game??? How about the Nascar race.... I myself prefer the two wheeled variety..... I think you get my drift though :)

4. Someone really should inform the Insurgency that they've "failed".
They obviously haven't got the word yet.

Either that, or inform the White House and Pentagon, that their latest venture into imperialism is a flop.
