4. I agree, but the thing is...
Everything the right DOES is meaningless gestures and they are designed to do nothing but keep things in the news and get people riled up, and get people motivated adn to highlight differences.

Is it going to pass? No. But it keeps the issue in the news and let's people know that there are Dems out there. I don't see the harm in it.
