That is CNN's online poll question today.

What a clever strategy to beat a rap! Die! :eyes:

What makes this just oozing with irony is that I only went to that vacuous web site to find a story they just reported on on their even more vacuous morning program: Americans are getting more news but less depth.

The best part was that their own venue, according to the study cited, was the worst offender. "Cable news" was found to be "ephemeral" and shallow. SURPRISE! To illustrate their point the study mentioned the day Michael Jackson showed up in court in his jammies, and while there were two other major world stories going on that day, virtually all of cable news' coverage was about MJ.

They needed a study to find this out? They could have spent ten minutes on DU, or just called me!

.

What effect does no conviction have on the future politics in the former Yugoslavia.

3. Point being, what the hell kind of question is that?
Did he BEAT JUSTICE? He's freakin' dead! He beat nothing, unless you believe he floated up into the clouds and is now sipping a slivovitz? I doubt that Slobo is anywhere quite so pleasant.

I agree with you, though...the political scene there bears watching. Again. Still.
