Great deal on a house in Oregon. 4000+ sq. ft. $600k

A steal for that area.
However, one of my friends that lives there says it is Kip Kenkel's house.
Maybe that is why it is so cheap...blood stains are hard to remove from the carpet. I don't think I could move into a home where a mass murder occurred. Could you?

IIRC, that's a really nice neighborhood right on the McKenzie river.
