Come on Democrats, unite!!!!

For once it would be nice to see all the Dems unite and stand up to these thug bastards. Don't be afraid to touch this just because it's "political" - it's suppose to be political. The message that would be sent would be a resounding "slap on the wrists" and would echo what the American people (most that is) want - for Bush Inc to be held responsible for their deeds.

The problem is we are uniting behind the Repugniks and their fascistic ideals and proposals. That is where we are losing our support with the people.

We are uniting behind the Patriot Act, 40 Democratic Senators voted for it. Who cares about the Bill of Rights, it's far more important to be acceptable to the far right wing loonies.

We united behind the credit card companies, creating a burden for individuals that corporations don't have to meet. We called it bankruptcy reform, but you get the point.

We united behind the NSA Domestic Spying, we are even proposing legislation to make it legal, another section of the Bill of Rights gone to hell.

We united behind the imperialist war in Iraq, and we will probably demand unilateral military action in Iran.

We are uniting behind a defend the southern boarder campaign to make sure that no brown people get into the nation.

We are united, majorities of Democrats in Washington unite daily with the Repugniks, and that is why the people are falling away. The people think the Constitution is important. The People think that access to an attorney for Americans is a right that should be protected, not trampled. The People think that illegal wiretapping is a bad thing, not something to be authorized and condoned.

We are united with the Repugniks in our disdain for the Constitution and the principals of Individual Rights, Civil Rights, and equality before law.

We are united, and the people know it, and they aren't happy about it.
