Look at the Bush incompetence! why is he still in office?
Why aren't Democrats itemizing these people and their crimes to showcase the serious inherent judgment flaw of George Bush?
Every person he appoints is an abysmal failure

White house Procurement director arrested...

Lewis (Scooter) Libby is the Cheney dirty tricks guy who got the actual job of leaking the CIA agents name for political payback on Joe Wilson and his wife Valerie Plame, among other things. Read the details at americanprogress.org

Michael Chertoff..participated in the clinton Impeachment farce, rewarded with Homeland security chief, AFTER Bush's first choice Kravick? Remember the dirty cop Bush tried to appoint to HSA?

Michael Brown was the unqualified FEMA director who was appointed by George W. Bush and resigned September 2005. Before joining FEMA, Brown was the Judges and Stewards Commissioner for a Horse Association. More details at wikipedia.org.

David Safavian was the Bush appointed chief of staff of the GSA. He was arrested on September 19, 2005 for making false statements and obstruction of justice in the Abramoff lobbying scandal investigation. More details at wikipedia.org.

Administration Failed To Conduct Legally Required Investigation Before Approving UAE Port Deal

Claude Allen refund scheme update ...

Allen's lawyer,Mallon Snyder, tells WaPo he's confident he'll be able to prove the incidents were "a series of misunderstandings."

Lotta misunderstandings. More than 25, according to the police.

In any case, with so many high-level felony arrests at the White House one does need to make some effort to categorize them. Most have been crimes of the regime -- either tied to specific executive decision-making like the Libby case, or ones that flow from the nature of the operation, as I would argue the Safavian case clearly does.

But this case, at least on its face, seems personal and clinical. An accomplished man, making $160,000 a year making a few grand ripping off radios and photo-printers from the local Target?

That said, Allen always struck me as a very weird dude. I can only imagine the backstory that's going to emerge on this one.

Why doesn't someone put every appointee and their failure in one site to bolster the arguement of the incompetence of this seriously flawed man who we have to call President?
The sheer number of unqualified people in places of power and priviledge should be a spotlight on Bush's seriously flawed judgement of people's moral, ethical and professional qualifications to serve.

3. Because of the majority in Congress
He'll disappear when the Dem's take over after Nov, 2006.

Once we have the committees, he won't have a place to hide.

I don't think his merit and ability will sustain him.
