4. I don't think it should be included
A lot of people under-tip or don't tip at all. Besides, even if they got as much money in tips as they did in wages, it's still not enough for a family to live on... a single person can't live very well on it either.

3. In the earnings basement - mostly pink collar jobs
but not to worry. Bushco is systematically going about destroying the entire middle class so gender inequalities aren't going to matter too much in the future. We'll all be struggling to keep our heads above water, and our kids will have it even tougher.
