I Request That People With News Display it Right Now...

I'm so friggin' tired of going to links that ask for money.

I understand that it takes a lot of resources to gather & assimilate news -- but news is not news if it is not new!!!

By the time you get your money -- you're delivering old news!

Make deals with funders who want fresh news...

1. Hey, this is capitalism. Who said folks can't make money off of info?

Maybe if you lived in socialism land, people would provide and dessiminate news because they felt altruistic and thought it would enrich the community, but we don't live in that world. We live in the "pay to play" world.

You can't pay? Tough shit. You're too poor to buy food or pay the bills? Get a higher paying job. What's that? You don't qualify for those jobs? Go to college. What? You can't afford skyrocketing tuition? Well, I guess you're just shit out of luck because we're cutting education spending. BTW, don't get sick because we're cutting health care funding as well. This is all about "individual responsibility."

You gonna cry now? I'll offer you help. I'll offer you a towel to dry your tears on, and that's all the help you're going to get. This is the Republican answer to all of life's problems. :sarcasm:

2. Go to college
And if you're like the rest of Americans who can't make money off their college educations, well then just live off the dust of the land.

4. Ignorant & arrogant response...

What about the countless intelligent Americans who don't have the resources to simply "Go to college?"

Must be nice to be so smug and insulated.

5. Chill out. Must I use the sarcasm icon every time?
I thought living off "the dust of the land" might be a tip off that I was being sarcastic, or the admittance that no one can get a damn job out of college even if they do get to go.
