I can not beleive these idiots in DOJ Moussoaui Death Penalty case.

COaching witnessess; having oint conference calls with two witnesses.

JUde throughouth the witnesses..God for her. SHe ought to move tho have these idiots disbarred.

Bush ought to Fire them, if Moussaui gets life.

1. The judge will probably be reprimanded by

"conservative" judicial review. No doubt "conservatives" would argue that the prosecution can do whatever they want, the law be damned. This is george bush's America where power,not justice rules. Playing by the rules, obeying the law and respecting the constitution is only for namby pamby liberals.
