1. I wonder why some are questioning Feingold
And not Conyers on here.

Obviously, I support both measures, and admire the job both Feingold and Conyers are doing.

2. I think there's more focus on Fiengold
for a couple of reasons. He's more of a legitimate threat to the Bushies so naturally they are trying to tar him. And because he is a potential candidate in '08.

6. That's probably the answer.
That doens't explain why we have Democrats trying to undercut him, though.

8. Many of them want to be president do
And let's not let Frist off the hook. It's quite possible that after a discussion they might have worked all this out. By demanding an immediate vote, he did torpedo this proposal.

3. They're in separate houses of Congress
I don't understand the point of pitting one against the other.

5. I'm not trying to do that.
But there is a cabal on here that do not seem to support Feingold's resolution, and are using right-wing talking points to undermine what he is doing. This was not the case when Conyers proposed censure, and I was just curious to see how many people supported Conyers, but not Feingold.

I support them both.

4. John Madden had a saying that he would tell his players when
back when he was coaching. It went something like, "Don't worry if the horses can pull, just load the wagon!" I am not sure exactly what that means, but it sounds like something we all should be doing. I don't care who takes a swing at the Dictator, as long as someone is. I just wish every Democratic (and any Republicans who would like to)would sign on to one or another of the resolutions and let's get this thing loaded...
