They are huge, usually filling up the back of the entire car window. I hand drew them. Anyone else ever see this?

P.S. I have no idea how to make these images any smaller. Sorry about that! Not tech savvy here! :)

Jesus talking

My people are not of this world

Maybe they are praying for Armagendon (End of the World)

NOW is a femanist group also, but what that has to do with the cross, I have no clue. Maybe Christian Femanists.

9. Mr. kt and I thought it was a fundy thing.
I know exactly what scripture you're talking about.

And, yes, they are certainly praying for the end of the world... and it looks like they're succeeding... the world must now defend itself against bushco!

Never seen it before.

It may also be a reference that "now" is precious and not to be taken lightly.

12. I'm Christian
I want peace on this Earth, I believe people like Bush cause it (OBVIOUSLY!) to not occur. And yes, as a Christian, I want Jesus Christ to be with me, so, I see nothing wrong with it.

On a secular level. It's not praying for the end of the world, only for our Creator to do as is stated in Revelations. His return is an extension of this world, not an end to it, only and end to sin, which is war, lust, greed, hate, human judgement, murder, etc.

I don't think I'd wear or buy such a thing like that, it's seems "apocolyptical", just a tad. But, more power to them. The Repubs would love to take all rights away, they're not picky.

15. I, too, am a Christian. However, this whole forceful movement
of putting their "Christian values" in everyone's face all the time is tiresome, at best, and dangerous- as we've seen in this country, a movement that has been growing as these nimrods breed.

Can you imagine if someone else had their faith splashed this big across their back window? ALLAH. Perhaps a Pagan symbol? They would be so offended.

And, on a personal note, and this is just my opinion, but for me , Christianity is mystical and ritualistic. Jesus isn't meant to be "cool." He's Jesus- a prophet, the Son of God, and when I see people trying to make him cool in an effort to mask their supreme arrogance and bigotry against others who don't fall step in line with them, I find it... tacky.

Anyway, this post wasn't an attempt to fight with you. I just roll my eyes every time I see these stickers- more out of embarrassment and disgust over how they are destroying a faith in their effort to destroy civilization.

22. HOW DARE YOU ATTACK ME!???!!!
when Christian liberals wrassle, next on FOX!

anyhow, I agree totally! A lot of the (not all) Christian slogan & tshirts are sooooo tacky to me.

My Aunt and my old pastor have each bought me really, really, bizarre Jesus message shirts, and I never wore them.

I like a cross, a fish, simple messages, Jesus is Love, Jewish Carpenter is my boss, real tame, not in your face things, this stuff looks like things a certain Christian religious church would buy (I won't name that organized church).

thanks for the great message.

18. Every time I see a cross, I think of telephone poles.
Edited on Wed Mar-15-06 12:54 AM by SimpleTrend
They way they were layed out in this drawing made me think of an artistic leaf design. For some reason, I'm blind to crosses as a religious symbol.

Of course, now that the NSA is using telephone poles and wires to spy on citizens, I guess the reference to being 'hung on a cross' makes sense. There are multiple crosses on nearly every street of America.

As soon as the apocalyptic yearning death cultist return to their respective "heavens" we earth lovers can start repairing the damage done to the earth. We were here before them and we'll be here long after.

I think those people are in favor of supplanting the constitution with so-called Christian Sharia law.

That was the message I got from it, but I could be wrong.
