Dems can't get money from the corps if they take a stand against corporatism and its agenda. (My words, not his, but that was the essence of his observations.)

4. He was right in his cirtique.

The fascist right had the corporate backing to take over the Republican Party, but the people's movement has not yet found either a way to form a viable third party or a way to out-bid the corporations for control of the Dem party. So here we sit, with no party apparatus at all, just a few mavericks with no power who occasionally tell the truth.
