Can someone please watch the video in this lenk and tellme what it says? Warning! The link came in an e-mail from repug relative, but I am on SLOW dialup and can't get it, need to know what it says before I decide to delete or reply all with truth!

1. anti-muslim rant by a lady in another language.

She makes some good points though. Basically saying that jews don't seek political change by blowing people up. In support of non-violence but minimizes jewish violence which admittedly is much less pronounced than muslim car bombers. It also occurs with a state approving it giving it a false sense of legitimacy.

2. Wow, I think its a great video.

A woman (no idea where she is from, the entire tape is in a middle eastern language, with english subtitles) is going off on a muslim priest on how freedom of religion and civil rights are good, and muslim hate for all non-muslisms is bad.

I like the part when she said that no Jews blew themselves up in German restaurants.

The Jews started terrorist bombings in Israel against the British and others in (I think) 1949 or 1950. Yes they were not suicide bombers but they blew people up just the same.

(No offense to the Israeli's intended)

4. It's a Middle East version of Cross Fire. A secular woman

up against a couple of Muslim spokes people. Her premise is that the Muslims started the War of Cultures and that it is based on mis-reading of the scriptures.

Some snippets:

It is not a war of cultures, it is a war between backwardness and knowledge.

I am a secular human, I don't believe in the supernatural. You may believe as you want, others may believe as they want . . .

(favorite) You may believe in stones, but please don't throw them at me.

From the other side:

You are a heretic, I need not rebuke you.

You are saying it is all the Muslim's fault? Have the infidels no blame?

6. Judging by the comments here, it is prejudiced

Israel routinely uses rockets fired from combat helicopters to take out suspected terrorist leaders in Palestine - and they have no qualms about doing this in civilian areas, inevitably killing innocent Palestinian civilians.

Also it is not true that muslims in general hate non-muslims.
It is only radical Islam that preaches intolerance toward non-muslims - or more precisely, toward all those including muslims who do not follow their particular extremist interpretation of the Koran. They are the eastern equivalent of our reli-fundies. And much like our reli-fundies they are a small minority.

rman - generally agree (about various fundies) but not sure ours are such a minority :scared:

So what do you think? should I just reply with a "can't view it - slow dialup" and see what kind of explanation I get? :evilgrin:

or just ignore? (boring) :shrug:
