WTF? A private citizen has no choice in whether to appear at a fundraiser or not?

1. That IS stupid.
He's not the friggin' king, people. Well, I know he thinks he is, but we shouldn't be going along with that delusion. If a private citizen doesn't want to talk to him, then that is that citizen's right. Geez.

It is a political slight of Fearless Leader, and thus treason
That would seem to be the thinking. "Private citizen" means squat to the people who believe the President is fully empowered to conduct wiretaps without any kind of oversight.
